Davenport, Four Corners & Northeast Polk
Call with the year, make and model and tell us what broke. We price it on the call, send a truck at no charge, and pay you before the car leaves the driveway.
Anybody can promise top dollar on a web form. The trouble starts when the driver shows up, walks around the car once and knocks two hundred dollars off because you have already cleared the driveway. We would rather ask the dull questions first. Does it roll? Is the catalytic converter still under it? Whose name is on the title? Answer those honestly and the figure we give you is the figure you get.
Most of what we buy around Davenport is not glamorous. A minivan that quit on US-27 and got pushed into a side yard. A sedan with a cracked head sitting in a rental home's garage since spring. A pickup that took on water when Hurricane Ian flooded neighborhoods here in 2022. Every one of those still has steel, aluminum and parts somebody will pay for, so every one of them is worth a call.
You pay nothing for the tow. Nothing gets subtracted at the curb for fuel or a hard pull. If our number does not work for you, say so and we part on good terms.
Search for junk car buyers in Polk and a good share of the results are referral networks. You type in your car, they auction the lead, and a stranger from two counties over calls you with a price that was never really a price.
Our setup is simpler. We purchase the vehicle outright, strip what can be resold, drain the fluids, and send the rest off as scrap metal. Earning on the whole car instead of a referral fee is what lets us pay for cars most buyers turn down.
It also keeps responsibility in one place. Whoever quotes you on the phone answers for the pickup. If we tell you Wednesday after lunch and nobody shows, that failure is ours to fix.
Distance matters more than people think. Davenport has grown faster than almost anywhere in Central Florida lately. Census estimates put its growth at 72.3 percent between 2020 and 2024, and Polk ranked fifth among all US counties for people added in 2023. More households means more cars, and more tired cars. A buyer driving down from Orlando or across from Tampa has to recover that mileage somewhere, and it tends to come out of your offer. Our trucks already work US-27 and the I-4 corridor all day, so a stop in Dundee or Polk City is not a detour anyone has to price in.
No-cost towing across Davenport and northeast Polk, with payment handed over as the car is loaded.

Learn more →We work out of Davenport and cover the fast-growing stretch around it. That means the resort communities up at the county line in ChampionsGate, Reunion and Four Corners, the shops and subdivisions around Posner Park at I-4 exit 55, and the neighborhoods off CR 547 like Citrus Ridge, Ridgewood Lakes, Horse Creek and Providence. We also head west and south along the old grove towns: Lake Hamilton, Dundee, Lake Alfred, Auburndale, Polk City, Eagle Lake, Inwood and Jan Phyl Village.
Home driveways, vacation rental garages, HOA overflow lots, body shops, storage units and road shoulders all count. If the car is somewhere a flatbed can reach, we can buy it.
Timing depends mostly on access. A car at your own house with you standing next to it is often a same-day pickup. A vehicle inside a gated resort community needs the gate code or a guest pass arranged. A car at a shop that is holding it for an unpaid repair bill needs that bill sorted first. Tell us which of those you are dealing with and we will quote you an honest pickup day, not a hopeful one.
Describe the car accurately and our phone offer holds when the driver gets there. We do not invent new problems once you have already moved your other car out of the way.
We tow at no charge across northeast Polk and the Four Corners area, including cars with locked wheels, no keys or four flat tires. The cost of the tow never comes out of your price.
Storm water in the cabin, a thrown rod, a burned-out dash, missing seats, or a car that has baked in the sun for three summers. Those are ordinary jobs here.
Lost paper title, a title that only exists electronically, or one issued by another state. We explain what the Polk County Tax Collector will ask for and it costs you nothing.
You get paid at the curb, when the vehicle is loaded, not after it has been hauled off and looked over somewhere else. Your license plate stays with you.
Fluids are drained and disposed of correctly, batteries and tires are handled separately, and the sale is written up so the car is off your hands legally as well as physically.
It usually lands between a few hundred dollars and a bit over a thousand, and occasionally more for a heavy truck. The biggest factors are weight, whether the engine and transmission are still in it, whether the catalytic converter is present, and how much demand there is for that model's parts. Share the make, model, year and what condition it is in, and you get a firm number back.
Yes. Most of the cars we buy do not run. Dead battery, no keys, seized engine or flat tires are all fine. The driver winches it onto a flatbed.
Frequently, yes. If the car is titled in Florida in your name, you can apply for a duplicate on HSMV form 82101 at a Polk County Tax Collector office, including the Davenport service center. If your title was only ever electronic, you do not need a duplicate at all. You ask for it to be printed, and Polk charges $10 for a same-day printed title. Call and we will tell you which situation applies before anyone schedules a truck.
No. Pickup is free anywhere in our service area and we never shave the tow cost off the offer. A quote of five hundred dollars means five hundred dollars in your hand.
Often the same day around Davenport when you call in the morning, and usually by the next day elsewhere in our area. Gated communities and cars held at repair shops can take a little longer because someone has to let us in.
Your driver license or other photo ID, the title (if it still exists) and any keys you can find. If a bank or finance company ever held a lien, bring the lien release. Missing one of these is not automatically a problem, so call first.
Know the year, make and model and what is wrong with it. Quotes are quick, and plenty of Davenport pickups happen the same day you call.
