If we changed a price we promised, showed up late without calling, damaged something during a pickup, or got the paperwork wrong, phone us and tell us. Most problems like these can be put right the same day once the right person knows.
Tell us the date, the vehicle, who you spoke to, what you were told, and what went wrong. If the disagreement is about the car's condition or damage to your property, photos make a big difference.
You will hear from us within one business day to confirm we have your complaint. We look into it by talking with the buyer or driver involved and checking call recordings and paperwork, and you should have a full answer from us within five business days.
If it will take longer, we will explain the delay and give you a new date so you are never left waiting without news.
If we cannot settle it together, you can take it to FDACS, Florida's consumer protection agency, or talk to an independent attorney.
